Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
Shipped Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
GROOKFIT’s Right to Cancel
GROOKFIT reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment verification failure
In such cases, any prepaid amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
